   We have a variety of grade propolis in natura, for use in the manufacture of food supplements, soaps, shampoos, cosmetics, creams, etc. Raw propolis from the subtropical Atlantic Forests of Brazil is the best in the world. This is the opinion of the largest industrial users in the world and can be confirmed by comparative technical analyses of propolis from different parts of the world.

   We offer too special grades of honey for the connoisseur. By placing our bees in specific locations, we can take advantage of specific crops, which flower seasonally. We have developed special handling techniques for dealing with Killer Bees and for supplying you with delicious, unheated raw, organic, natural honey, high in enzymes, vitamins and minerals, for the most discerning taste buds.

ULTRA GREEN

ORIGIN AND CROPS
Ultra green is produced exclusively in the central south areas of the state of Minas Gerais.
There are countries that the best season for this grade is from September to March, when it’s vegetal sources "Alecrim" (Baccharis dracunculifolia), and "Assa-peixe" (Vernonia polyanthes) are budding, which allows harvesting a high quality, fresh product. Since Brazil is a tropical country we can have the Ultra-green all year around, because our seasons do not interfere with our harvest.

SENSORIAL CHARACTERISTICS
It is a very beautiful product, with a vibrant Ultra Green color. Its aroma is very accentuated and pleasant.
The extract produced by using this grade of propolis is extremely strong and bitter and, when dropped in water, the chlorophyll, which is the natural chemical responsible for it’s color, leaves a beautiful clear green color.

CHENICAL CHACACTERISTICS
Chemically speaking, this is the richest kind of propolis produced in Brazil.
It has a very high quantity of flavonoids and other active substances: More than 3.5 mg per gram of flavonoids, (including phenolics and non-phenolic substances).


STANDAR BLEND

ORIGIN AND CROPS
Standard Blend is a combination of grades produced by selecting green propolis from the states of Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo and Paraná.
It is produced throughout the year and one of the great merits of this grade, is that it combines very rich sources of propolis. From a wide region in Brazil. It makes the consistent reproducibility of the lots possible.

SENSORIAL CHARACTERISTICS
Especially in Japan, the propolis manufacturers enjoy this grade very much, because its taste is not so bitter or so strong. In addition, the combination of grades in our Standard Blend gives it a mild aroma, quite pleasing to the discriminating Japanese palate.
The extract produced has a beautiful, clear, green color.

CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS
It is one of the best grades of propolis produced in Brazil. It is rich in many of the chemicals, which make propolis so healthful.
It has a very high quantity of flavonoids and other active substances: Minimum of 2.5mg per gram of flavonoids (including phenolics and non phenolics substances).


SUPER GREEN

ORIGIN AND CROPS
Super green is produced in the states of Minas Gerais and the western parts of the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo.
It is produced throughout the year and the basic difference between Super Green and Ultra Green is that Super Green takes more time to be harvested from hives.

SENSORIAL CHARACTERISTICS
It is a very beautiful product, with a Super Green color. Its aroma is very accentuated and pleasant.

SMALL SIZE BLEND

Small Size Blend is a combination of grades produced by selecting green propolis from the states of Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo and Parana.
Raw propolis is a very breakable product. So, we select the
small pieces (rice size), which is obtained form the processing
of Standard Blend Grade to prepare our SSB.

SENSORIAL CHARACTERISTICS
Its taste is not very bitter nor so strong. In addition, the combination of grades in our Small Size Blend gives it a mild aroma, quite pleasing to the discriminating Japanese palate.
The extract produced has a beautiful, clear, green color.

CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS
It is a good grade of propolis. Containing many of the chemicals, which make propolis so healthful.
It has a minimum of 1.4 mg per gram of flavonoids (including phenolics and non phenolics substances).


BROWN

ORIGIN AND CROPS
Brown Grade comes from Minas Gerais São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro Espírito Santo and Parana.
It is produced throughout the year and is very appropriate for use in creams, lotions, etc.

SENSORIAL CHARACTERISTICS
The color is brownish or blackish and the aroma is not as strong as the Green grades.

CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Brown Grade is not as high in flavonoids as the Green grades, but it is still high enough to keep this product in high demand among our clients. It has at least 1.5% mg per gram of flavonoids (including phenolics and non-phenolic substances).


POWDER

ORIGIN AND CROPS
It is produced throughout the year as a result of the granulometric separation of propolis. The powder obtained can be used in veterinary products.

SENSORIAL CHARACTERISTICS
Propolis powder is made of very fine particles of propolis. It is brownish in color and has a mild aroma.

CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS 
Because of the small size of the particles, more surface area is exposed to the air, affecting its freshness.
